'Picked up my phone, tried calling you to know when you will return from your trip but realised you've gone on a journey of no return. 10years is like 10days. Evergreen in my memory. A lot of family puzzles to solve together. A lot of tears and joy to share together but alas, you ain't showing up. But I know that my Redeemer liveth. Adieu Crusher, Adieu Engr. Adieu Patrick. Rest in peace Dear. Till we meet to part no more.'

Remembering her late husband on Father's Day, Adaeze Chiegbu wrote:

"It is father's day today, but you weren't there to celebrate with your loved ones. I wish death is just a journey to go, see and conquer, but it's of no return. But I still thank God for my children, inlaws, brother's, friends, loved and beloved ones who in one way or the other contributed positively to our journey so far. For those who are supposed to be yours but took your absence to steal and inflict injury on your family, may God forgive them for they know not what they are doing. Rest on Crusher, till we meet to part no more. Happy Father's day to all fathers both spiritual and other wise."
