The millionaire native Doctor who is one of the richest native Doctors with a net worth of about $1.3 million US Dollars estimated at about 910,000,000 million in Naira as at 2023 unveiled his new Hotel in December 2022 on his Facebook live. He wrote:
"Have already finished this one under one month, I think my oracle has already try for me this year for finishing four might project under one year."

Akwa Okuku Tiwara Aki has also completed the building of his new house which is actually his second mansion.
Unveiling his new house on October 1, 2022, Akwa Okuku Tiwara Aki shared the video of his second house and wrote:
