Gregory Ojefua started his Nollywood journey from a show called 'Don’t Forget the Lyrics', where he was the first contestant to attempt the million naira questions, but lost. So, that brought him back to N150,000 and that turned him into a mini celebrity because the organisers added the episode to the show as a trailer.

Greg Ojefua got his first movie role in a television series, 'Wings of Change', produced by Lillian Okoro and directed by Kenneth Ukpai.

Gregory Ojefua aka Teddy Bear major breakthrough was playing the role of General Odumegwu Ojukwu in the movie, 'Encounter' and his role as a wicked boss in 'Surulere'.
