"It was 5 days into the Shoot of #Life101 series by Ebony life and I was feeling Unsure of myself.
It was My first time playing lead in a TV series and My nerves were getting the beat of Me.
I felt I was under performing, my moral ginger was no where to be found, I was far away from Home and honestly nobody cared cos we were all there to work and toppled withe fact that Everyone was busy.
That Morning in the Bus I sat Quietly, low self esteem eating me up.
I was just moody nothing seemed to all right.
I felt like Crying, but our society shamed men who cried in the face of Fear, so the worst I could do was Turn red Cos I'm light skinned and tht was a trademark 😝.
Beans was for breakfast that morning, it was my Favourite But,
That Day My Favorite became my Not so Favourite. Everything was so wrong.
I was missing lines, forgetting my blocking, my reactions were armature. Indeed that was the end of me and My Not yet Born Acting Career which was about to end up in a miscarriage.
The director called for a Break and I walk out to a secret comer to Cry my eyes out and ask myself Certain important questions.
Why am I here? My mates are in the Bank under good air-conditioned environment and I'm here "Acting feem "... I wept...
As I sat there weeping, Rico Swavey Happened to Come by that Area, he wanted to smoke a stick or two before the break was Over.
He saw me there already Drinking my tears and Crying. He sat Beside me and He asked 'Do you want to talk?' I shook my head,...
